DBT is my primary approach and the one I'm intensively trained in. It pairs practical, skills-based work with mindfulness, and holds at its center the balance of acceptance and change — accepting where you are while building the skills to move toward a life that feels meaningful to you. Depending on what you bring into the work, I also draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and acceptance-and-commitment approaches.

Ongoing, collaborative support for managing bipolar disorder, with DBT skills for regulating mood and building stability alongside your broader treatment.
